In the first 24 hours without sleep, your body starts to feel the effects. 
After 12  hours.
Your day is going on as usual but you're starting to feel a little tired and sleepy.
After 14  hours.
Yawning:  No drinks will prevent yawning at that time.
After 18  hours.
Drowsiness: You can overcome it by drinking some caffeine, but it will not help for long.
After 22  hours.
Your body will raise dopamine levels to compensate for the lack of sleep, which causes an increase in Libido
After 24 hours.
Feeling drunk.
You may not have drunk any alcohol, but you will look like you are drunk.
Your vision clarity will decrease.

On day 2, things get worse.
